I didn’t want to record.
But I did it anyway — and accidentally dropped into something real.
It was a Friday.
I didn’t feel like filming, but I wanted to get a rep in.
Show up, even if it sucked.
So I setup the camera, the light, the mic...
Hit record.
Started talking.
I figured my usual curiosity around psychology and philosophy would carry me.
But mid-sentence, I lost the plot.
Didn’t even know what I was saying anymore.
And then something shifted.
I asked myself — what the f#ck am I even trying to say?
And just like that…
My voice changed.
My energy changed.
The rhythm of expression changed.
I dropped into something deeper.
Into truth.
Thinking out loud has always helped me figure things out.
But watching it happen in real-time?
That was new.
I found a way to catch myself mid-spiral and structure the mess —
Not just for me, but maybe for you too.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, unsure, or like you had nothing worth saying…

It might just change the way you talk to yourself.
